Unless you're a limo company. I've been in a strechted limo twice. One was based on the Chrysler 300 and the other was a Lincoln MKT "Town Car".

How did it happen? Why did you choose it? What sort of car were you looking for?

My cousins need to get rid of it, it's got room for me and my stuff (I'm 6 feet 3 and I need to transport my tuba), and I'm still looking for a cheap station wagon or SUV. The Ramcharger's not definite yet, but it's a possibility. Other alternatives include a Ford Explorer or various other older SUVs & wagons like a Buick Roadmaster, Toyota Camry wagon, or some variety of Subaru.

Budget? What year and kind of spec is the Ramcharger?

Subaru Brat, I kinda like it, mostly because it's a ute.

It's not an enthusiast's car, it's all about getting good gas mileage. Which is fine for a lot of people. But it's not a fun car, that's ok. Some cars are meant to be that way. Toyota makes really good boring cars.

Luxury cars being made into longer luxury cars vs. sports cars being made into terrible luxury cars so they do both jobs badly now.

Imagine you are a poor man from Las Vegas. You used to drive a 1987 Buick Century, but it's dead now. In order to make some money, you're looking for a cheap truck to haul scrap in. It has to be cheap to buy and run, reliable and practical. The options (all quite worn) are:
- 1991 5.0 Chevrolet C1500 single cab,
- 1994 3.9 Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab,
- 1979 351 ci Ford F-250 single cab,
- 1971 Dodge D100 318 ci single cab,
- 1997 2.3 Ford Ranger extended cab,
- 1995 3.9 Dodge Dakota single cab,
- 1992 4.3 Chevrolet S10 extended cab,
- 1987 3.0 Nissan Hardbody single cab,
- 1983 2.4 Toyota Truck extended cab.

Which one would you buy? I think either the Ranger or the Toyota would be the best.

You mean Chrysler's have baked attempt to compete with the Navigator and Escalade?

It came at the worst time, 2008. Though I live near where it was made, it was made in Newark, Delaware. The plant is gone and it's now health science building, probably UD.

I'm thinking about writing an article about the craziness that was the 1937-1939 Rally of Poland, including beaters, rally cars with minibars, cockiness, Czechoslovak two-strokes and the Nazis, through the lens of the Chevrolet team.

Anybody would like to read it?i

So Supposedly by 2021 we're going to be getting a Dodge Barracuda as a replacement for the Challenger.
