3 - We can't compare ancient Republics with modern ones. The ancient ones where actually dictatorships or oligarchies. But Iran is a modern republic following the illuministic atheist invention of the 18th century.

1- Except that it was not.Most of Europe (and, indeed, most of The Middle East, Far East, etc) were no longer Tribal by the start of the early Feudal period (which is roughly around the same time as that of the Rise of Islam). At that time, Europe had fell into the middle ages. They already had actual monarchies and republics at the time. You're missing Early Islamic Period with Early Christian Period. Arabia was one of the few places that had not already achieved monarchy/republican government systems outside of Africa and The Americas. Basic history tbh.

2- The name of 'Caliphate' is the only thing the Shia and the Sunni agree on though. The rest? They always disagree in some form. That The Caliphate can be either Republican or Monarchy is something that they agree on, because every government has to be one of the two.. You either have a heridetary monarchy or an elective republic. If anything, The Islamic Caliphate as Muhammad and the Rashidun intended is closer to the Republican model (because of the بیعت) than to the Monarchy. Republicanism necessitates that you pick someone as a leader. And since there is no 'prophet' after Muhammad (and therefore nobody magically gets the right to rule), the Caliphate necessarily becomes a republic. Just not a democratic Republic, because the ideology of Islam is not advanced enough.

3- Suggesting Iran is even remotely Democratic when it has an essentially hereditary Supreme Leader with executive command over every aspect of the State shows how little you know of the matter you babble about.
