Self-defence is a reasonable exception, preventing genocide is a reasonable exception, "spreading/realizing my political beliefs" is not a reasonable exception.

Most Muslims don't consider Ahmadis to be Muslim, and that's probs the same for Saudi and Iran. So they wouldn't even kill you, or that'd force them to accept that Ahmadis are Muslim.
