Aside from the fact that he has a perfectly good reason to hate Muhammad -of course, whether or not he really does I do not know-, whether or not Khosrow hates Muhammad, whether or not he hates you, and whether or not he hates Muslims is irrelevant to the topic that is not about Khosrow and his opinions or debating style. I mean, if you could bring up a reason why Uhrmazd could be classified as a demon based on his actions as recorded in the Zoroastrian canon, I don't see why you shouldn't. It could make up a pretty good debate -as Zoroastrianism is seldom touched upon even in the more theologically-inclined parts of this forum.

It's how it's practiced by Orthodox Muslims that is deserving of ridicule. Like still accepting the verses about slavery and domestic abuse, for instance.

To my knowledge, pretty much every mainstream Muslim believes that slavery cannot be justified through Islam. Inshallah, the reformist view of these verses will become more mainstream and common as time goes on.
