Well, it's far easier for China to get uranium from its own deposits and Russia for its nukes and power stations (China has nuclear power stations FYI). Everyone's probably sanctioned the hell out of any uranium shipments between China and North Korea.

As far as I know some airfields were attacked - all missiles were intercepted by (relatively) old Soviet Air Defence Systems manned by Syrian personnel.

Might've been a check to see what the Syrians are capable of pulling off.
