I think it’s fairly obvious.

The current theory that is definitely perfectly reasonable is that some ten year old in New York chose a random place and put high school after and then decided to try to scare everyone in that school without knowing if it was a real school.

It... happened before. As in, someone thought it would be a good idea to conduct extremely realistic drills.

To be fair, the students were warned, by email.

We talk about going to SERE training (you sign up to get locked up in a tiny cell for like a week, treated as a POW, slapped and beaten constantly, and humiliated) and smearing our shit on our own faces and traumatizing them instead of them traumatizing us. Really flip the script on them. Get slapped and shudder with sexual pleasure.

The West won the world not by the superiority of its ideas or values or religion … but rather by its superiority in applying organized violence. Westerners often forget this fact; non-Westerners never do.

The most fundamental problem of politics is not the control of wickedness but the limitation of righteousness.

That girl that roasted me the other morning for the “why don’t they just use the other arm?” thing came into the break room last night while I was having fun bullshitting with my friends and we mentioned the Private Second Class thing (which is now a fresh hot meme, it’s my own special rank now) thing and she clung onto that I guess and came in with an intense roasting. I got fried in the middle of the break room with everyone around. Oof.

I got her back though. Was in line and she goes “hell no Hawaii you’re not cutting in front of me.” I turned around for some SPICE E eye contact before saying “oh, is that what you think?”

She went ballistic and then I casually rolled up to the server and got my delicious breakfast. She’s real salty she got Bragg and I got Hawaii.
