eeeeeh. I'm a bit curious for that source. I have a pretty basic one on my side, and some infographics on my harddrive that i'm too lazy to bring in.

It WILL increase, I got from people it who work in the police departments, so that IS a valid source. :ugeek:

The Netherlands can not be compared to the USA anyhow.

Ah.
And true on that, my bad. It's preferable to use the US as an example, as it is an stable ground for the concept of gun control and the arguments against it thanks to his federalism. Many countries with gun control however, have an high crime rate. Like Mexico.

Sure, but that is due to the corruption and lack of control in the country, not due gun control. :ugeek:

I am just saying Dutch ppl have a habbit of ignoring safety instructions.

Its why so many ppl are hurt on new years eve. (Fireworks)

Damn vampires..
Quite interesting in the various accounts of the alleged shooter. Wearing fatigues(bdu), was dressed like a policeman, was wearing blue jeans, green shirt and a red handkerchief over his face.
Of the injured, how many were injured due to stampede effect vs. being shot?
Then we have the issue of all of those wondrous anti gun laws that were designed to keep everybody safe and sound, like unicorns dancing on rainbows.
Gun free zones.
Red flag laws.
Evil black rifle ban
So called large capacity mag ban.
Universal background checks
Background checks on ammo purchases.
And the list goes on and on of laws to mitigate their made up coined phrase "gun violence" as if guns were the problem here or anywhere.

Meanwhile, the same number of people were shot dead in Baltimore over the weekend, but that only gets a passing mention on the local news.

You should wonder why so many dead are just accepted by would media. Is it because the number shot in Baltimore is just normal now? It's a accepted death toll.

For some reason it's less bad when one person at a time is shot than when a few are. Nobody wants to look at the root problems of it all.

Sounds like bullshit to me. Your source, not you. Police officers tend to not want more guns on the streets, so this sounds pointedly speculative.

On the Garlic festival, it’s good the shooter was killed so quickly. The less successful these things are, the less frequently they’ll happen.

Sounds awful, but at least you don't have to provide ID to buy spoons like the UK I guess.

But in what's really sad is the deaths of these three people will be used in gun control debates to basically guns are bad camp. No doubt this will be spewed and stewed in the debate tonight.

You need fireworks big enough that they need to make a PSA about why blasting-caps and bricks of C-4 still aren't fireworks.
Yes, that was a thing

Maybe then they'll bother to read instructions.

Let the Dems debate gun control all they want. Just going to push more voters towards Trump again.

That is not really an argument is it?

Its still just a way of blatantly denying everything by discrediting the source based on.....

Nothing. :ugeek:

And of course Police officers tend to not want more guns on the streets, the see the effects....

I mean where is YOUR source?

No offense. :)

Fact of the matter is your source is about as trustworthy as a bridge made from pasta in a rainstorm. Who are these officers? Do that have statistics to back them up? You've given nothing.

One was head of police in the center of Amsterdam, the other worked for te police for 40 years.

You sound like you will just blindly dismiss everything I say.

Do you own a gun shop or something?

Its not personal, and if you do not believe me you can just say so.

No need for hyperboles.

Also, I do not know if I would support the whole gun thing if I lived in the USA. :D

Still no names, still no statistics, still no reason to believe it's true.

Nothing blind about it. You're giving anecdotes of what other people may or may not say. You're giving nothing to work with.

The reason why your source is being dismissed is because it cannot be verified.

Not necessarily true. At least, not in America.

Why should I need to?

There are more shootings in the US then here.

You can look that up.

My point is that My country is nothing like the USA, so the situation is completely different.

Where are you from country wise? You need to calculate demographics, population, land size, etc. Instead of saying "US has more shootings!" No shit Sherlock, we're one of the largest nations in the world.

Are you fucking serious

There are more shootings in the US then here.

You can look that up.

The number of shootings also isn't proportional to gun ownership. In fact, statistically guns are only as dangerous as cars at worst.
