Wood is much more sustainable than plastic or metal. Wooden guns should be more in vogue.

Behind all the pompous critiques, was the knowledge that they could not control their weapons, let alone ours. UN peacekeepers themselves are/were fueling the local Black Markets with firearms diverted from UN stockpiles. This is an important point that is rarely brought to light.

Such a good thing the United States isn't part of this att nightmare.
People seem to forget that UN Peacekeepers aren't all trained to some base standard, or all indoctrinated with western moral values. They're just regular troops from the countries that make up the UN, often serving near their country of origin. I don't know why people are surprised that troops from Cameroon and stationed in the CAR aren't being held to the same standards as say, the US Military, or the Brits or the French.
