And this matters because? If they've acknowledged this and said "I don't care." that means they probably aren't going to listen when the courts tell them to stop arresting ATF officers. Authority only works when people acknowledge it. When unacknowledged it doesn't exist.

The Bill outright says it doesn't believe the federal governemnt has the authority to create or enforce such laws, that they are unconstitutional, and then goes on to nullify them within the state of Missouri, as unconstitutional.

And when Missouri law enforcement starts arresting ATF agents, the US Marshals come to arrest them.

Unlikely. More likely it will go to court.

And then it becomes a supreme court case as to whether or not the ATF is constitutional.

Missouri isn't actually going to arrest any ATF agents, it's just a giant middle finger and little more. The more interesting bit comes in how people in the state will respond and if MO is going to prevent local law enforcement from helping the feds.

If the law goes into force they won't have a choice. It's instant loss of your job not to actively hinder the feds on gun control according to the bill. That goes for both politicians and LEOs.

Also bars them from ever serving political office or as a LEO ever again in the state.

They already flipped out when a few conservative states didn't want to give into the Obama admin's demands regarding Obamacare.

They only ever care about federalism when it's convenient. They shouldn't be taken seriously with things like this.

I just roll my eyes at it and laugh at the stupidity of the made up political classification. The same with gun-crime, gun-murder, gun-violence, illegal gun, etc. They are all just as equally stupid and nonsensical terms.

What would things have been like if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive? Or if during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? The Organs would quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!
