If this is talking about giving in to Corporations for a United World, Wall Street, NYC. If it unites under Religion, either Jerusalem, Rome, Mecca or Kathmandu (or some other holy site). Other places that might make the shortlist for a number of reasons (financial importance, a history of neutrality, hosting a lot of international stuff, and things along those lines) would be Geneva, Brussels, Vienna, Paris, Dubai, Rome, Tokyo, and Singapore. I've heard a number of interesting conspiracy theories that say a Astana, Kazakhstan is the capital our globalist overlords have in mind and looking at the strange architecture, there may be something to that.
