$12.00 lunch is pretty high already; i have a feeling that if the food stand owner knew the median income of all of his customers he might raise it to $30.00 accross the board. Perhaps the solution is a mandatory income check where every meal costs exactly 1/2125 of your income (ie: someone making just below 26,000 a year will pay about $12). This would also help us combat obesity by increasing the price every year we find obesity to be on the rise.
