Not really. I wouldn't take everything it says seriously, as Yigal Carmon (it's founder) was an adviser to Yitzhak Rabin and Yitzhak Shamir. It doesn't just focus on radical Islamists and play them off as the average ME figure, but they do translate stuff from Middle Eastern liberals and reformers.
