Why on earth would you want society in the hands of one person?

A. Permanent laws in place that even the ruler cannot change. Violation of these laws would hopefully result in a coup.
B. The ruler would ideally be the best possible candidate for the job. Still unsure how to decide this. Possible options are: simulations, protégé of previous ruler, battle royale between possible successors, political factions choose possible successor and wage war for the position.
C. Possibilities for corruption reduced and ability for citizens to rebel increased.

Democracies have too high a risk to become bureaucratic nightmares, at least if you want the best for your people.

The last one was sort of a joke. Centre and moderate left/right are debatble. They have their ups and downs. Far winged ideolgies are just horrid. Bureaucracy is bad too.

So let me get this straight. The left wing (you guys) hate social justice because it's a borguise plot, while the right wing hate it because apprantly it wants to help muslims take over the world.

You probably should not generalize about the Left. Many of the posters in this thread are bolsheviks, or hold similar positions, and they view capitalism in purely economic terms. To them, the fight for social justice is simply a distraction from their version of revolution. In the real communist or revolutionary socialist world, we would likely not even be in the same room together.

I, like my fellow libertarian Marxist Roy Bhaskar, view all forms of liberation from injustice as aspects of the fight for communism. To me, so-called social justice warriors should be embraced and encouraged to become revolutionaries. However, I am not a bolshevik or a syndicalist. Liberation from injustice (a key focus of left-libertarianism) is, from my perspective synonymous with communism.
