Why? They're just as incapable of having kids as gays do. Isn't there an imbalance there? Hasn't nature selected them to not have kids?

This is really quite desperate; for one, there's a requirement to not only have such a married couple take a fertility test to adopt a child in this scenario, which you obviously were too bewildered to consider; second, the fact is that children are better off raised by a male and female than just one sex, and they are even affected by the ages of their parents; third, traditionally, unuchs are not considered "infertile" for the purposes of a question such as what you have asked, but are traditionally restricted from both marriage and adoption; fourth, fertility tests are not as certain as impotence, and therefore a person who is simply having difficulty conceiving a child can actually have children biologically years later.

In other words, you're comparing men who can't have sex to men who just have issues having kids and decide to give up and just adopt one. Note I exclude women, as hysterectomies are a rather recent development, but even so, they are still capable of being wives. Men aren't.
