I can respect the Faith Militant aspect of this, although I don't necessarily agree with it. If it wasn't for the Migrant Issue, I would get along just fine with the Islamics; I certainly respect their women, as compared to those of the Western world nowadays.

I don't think that is the point as from his assumption all Muslims are in the wrong, and to agree with someone you find in the wrong is heresy to him.

I respect Muslim women who are modest out of their love of God. I don't really respect the way women are sometimes forced in Islam. It causes me enormous grief

Just look at some of the weird political alliances between feminists, and evangelical Christians in the eighties as an example. This goes without saying it can be applied anywhere from American Neo-Nazi's under George Lincoln Rockwell getting along with Muhammad X, and the nation of Islam to stuff happening today.
