You know what, I'll help you out because it isn't exactly clear. The original intention was for those with terminal illness, it was later expanded in other versions of the bill to include non terminal conditions to the vague standard "suffer unbearably" with no hope of relief in the current form. Now we have things like this being proposed. It hasn't been done yet but we do have the statistical fact of the increase in non terminal cases euthanisia.
