Because "respecting the establishment of a religion" pretty clearly means doing what a religion says.

I never said that's all the 1A does, but it's what the Establishment Clause does.

I always like to recommend Cornell for easy to understand Constitutional reading. The only part where you could POSSIBLY bring a case is the bit about preferring religion over non-religion but that seems like a damn hard thing to argue in court, I don't envy the team who does that.

That is not what that means. It means that Congress cannot establish an official state religion or prefer one over another, which this EO does not violate.

Nor religion over non-religion. Which I imagine this has all been carefully constructed to technically not do.

He also called for Grand Staircase Escalante Monument to be slashed by half to just under one million acres and split into three areas.

The changes will make way for oil and gas drilling, mining and other resource extraction activities in the beauty spot.
