That is not possible to achieve. The country is only about 67 percent white and the rate is dropping every year. The current generation of children in school is the first majority minority generation. Nothing you can do will change the coming transition. Should places like Providence, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago pass ordinances to restore white majorities?

Should only white people be allowed in public service jobs like firefighter or police officer or in elected office.

History doesn't disappear because there are less white people. It's not about 'allowing'. You would have to create race barriers to KEEP it white. America isn't being forced to become less white.

America isn't Europe, get that through your skull. America has always been diverse, "white" isn't an ethnicity, British, German, French, Spanish are. There are no ethic Americans, because there is no core ethnicity for there to be an ethnic American nationalist.....we are a civic nationalist state, not ethnic.
