We have to demonstrate how cultural suppression is relevant to the thread about "Diversity and Multiculturalism"?

If guns are an integral part of his culture, then his culture is being suppressed if the state is preventing him from buying guns. Do you or do you not think cultural suppression is bad?

The proposal of "we should prevent him from buying guns" means you support suppressing his gun culture. Do you, or do you not, think suppression of cultures is bad?

Most American nationalists advocate closed borders and limiting citizenship to White Anglo Saxon Protestants - screw that. We're America, we assimilate everyone regardless of race, religion, or culture. Our country is built on an Idea and not the petty bloodlines of ethnic nations. Our goal should be the Americanization of the entire world and not limiting ourselves to one continent.

He does not have a right to any and all firearms. That is not suppression.

So you're suggesting that the State not allowing to, according to his culture, acquire any and all guns he need (provided he doesn't use them for murder), which is defined as suppressing his right to practice his culture and thus, suppressing is culture, is not "suppression" because you disagree with his culture.

Unless of course, you provide reason that a "gun culture" doesn't exist, which is probably what you should be doing right now.

So then you'd agree on banning the Muslims from getting Halaal foodstuff, wearing Hijab, or holding Public Salaat too then?

He does not have a right to any and all firearms. That is not suppression.

Actually he does.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Militia = all able-bodied civilians eligible by law for military service. / a military force that engages in rebel or terrorist activities in opposition to a regular army. / a military force that is raised from the civil population to supplement a regular army in an emergency.

Arms = weapons and ammunition; armaments. "arms exports"synonyms: weapons (of war), weaponry, firearms, guns, ordnance, cannon, artillery, armaments, munitions, instruments of war, war machines, military supplies, materiel
"arms and ammunition"

Infringed = act so as to limit or undermine (something)

Any and all gun control is strictly unconstitutional. Useful perhaps in certain scenarios. But a violation of human rights no matter the circumstances.

That's like saying "the right to life isn't an unlimited right."

technically it isn't. No right is unlimited, because in that case the State would be moot.

Because it's being limited to a point of absurdity? Any limitation on "owning guns" is one that is to a point of absurdity, the idea of "Self-defense" can't logically be limited to an "Acceptable" degree, especially by the State.
