Does anyone know of any regions that primarily don't speak English?

What language are you interested in?

Some regions use the 'Non-English' tag to recognise that they are home to (or are open to) many non-English speakers. However, they still use English as a lingua franca for their discussions on their RMB/forum/Discord.
Others are oriented towards a specific language community (usually the ones named after real-world nations - Portugal, Italia, France, Belgium, Nederland, Philippines).
