This is one of the horrible racist, hateful, violent posts that's being used as evidence he needed to be expelled. It is him talking about how he'd like to torture and possibly kill an immigrant. I have finally dug up the thing it was in reference to and my original assumption was completely and 100% accurate, it was in reference to someone doing something awful. This man beat an elderly woman into a coma for no apparent reason. Of course that context is immaterial because again: everybody is now a blog.

He's illegal
That means he broke the law
You should report criminals
He did the right thing
The school was wrong

So it's morally sound to declare someone an illegal person simply for being on the wrong side of a line in the sand?Proctopeo wrote:How so?
I dunno, getting an unsuspecting kid who's trying to get an education deported simply because he's from another country and did literally nothing wrong except for exist seems pretty morally depraved if you ask me.

Absolutely when that line in the sand is a national border.

If you assume the kid wasn't an illegal immigrant, then no net harm has been done, outside of wasting a little bit of everyone's time.
If you assume the kid was an illegal immigrant, then he did the right thing, even if he did it for the wrong reasons. In this case the unsuspecting kid did do something wrong. In this case as well, his parents are also probably illegal immigrants, so even if he didn't knowingly violate immigration law, his parents did.

Hence why it's morally depraved. Sure it's legally the right thing to do but it's morally a shitty thing to do.

You haven't really explained how it's morally shitty.
All you've said is "he didn't do anything!!", when it's possible that he did, in fact, do something, and the case where he didn't causes no actual harm to him.

Illegal immigration is not a criminal offense? I'm sorry, I don't think I understand your logic here
