With *some* female-coding traits. Most femme guys still identify as male, and retain male-coding traits as well. Gender presentation is not clear-cut - it's not gay, for example, for a straight guy to be attracted to a tomboyish girl (ie short hair, masculine clothing).

So yes, I would say that if you are attracted sexually to any male character irregardless of how good he imitates a female it's still homosexual. At least until such a point where said character goes under the knife to invert the polarity of his dangly bits.
