Who cares? Its cheap and fast. That's what I care about when it comes to food. I don't care about food enough (most of the time) to spend more than ten minutes cooking. Plenty of other more useful things I can spend my time on.
People who want to have a healthy life care. I feel way better cutting regular burgers out of my life and being at a healthy weight. I have more energy, look better, and I'm gonna live a lot longer than I would have. People care about that sort of thing. A lot of people also really like taking their time with food. Half the fun of my meals is cooking them up.

I"m healthy as a horse. I drink, smoke, and eat what I want. I am not overweight, and am on feet all day at work moving around. Food is not fun. It something you have to have to not die. Cooking and long meals are just....a waste of time. So many better things to do!

You poor unfortunate soul. You really need to come visit Wisconsin some time and try Sprecher, the actual best root beer in the world. They've also got cream and orange sodas that are to die for.

Skip the drinks, you can quaff more cheaply at home later. Our family of four ate for twelve dollars or less; now that's democracy. And we felt we had taken our place at the table along with more privileged folks.
Another factor is that our daughter would not eat steak even if we could afford it, so this place was ideal for her.

Chicken teriyaki with that sauce they ask about (I forgot/forget) wasn't tasteless the last time I remember.
I don't care to defend the other sandwiches.
I guess I wasn't clear: the cheese is tasteless. Provolone, American, whatever you put on it tastes faintly like a rubber eraser.

As someone who was taught to pretty vacuum my food during boot camp everything for me is less than 4 bites. When I go out to nice restaurants I have to tell myself to slow down or I’ll eat all in record time like I’ve never seen food in my life
