Trump never said he wanted all Mexicans or even all the Muslims out of America. He said he wanted all people who entered this country illegally out of the country. Any Nazis who voted for Trump would be more idiotic than usual, as Trump counters a lot of their most important beliefs (he's against large government and supports Israel, for example).

I addressed that. Those were very clearly jokes. He would never actually want anyone to physically attack CNN staff. I understand that his words and actions are often quite divisive but never to that point. At least not intentionally.
