Oh you know, just doing school stuff and then going to work afterwards. It shouldn't be too busy today what with how cloudy it looks outside now...

Last week, a woman I used to go to church with died from the flu. She was only 43 and left behind two children.
Then, the next day, my dad accidentally shoots himself in the leg and I’m scared that he’s gonna lose that leg. It’s all bruised up and swollen and it just looks bad.
Then today my mom has to break the news to me that another woman who I went to church with was killed in a head on collision at the age of 38, and her 10 year old is in critical condition and she might not make it either.
That's a lot of tragedy, I can see why you'd be upset with the year. Bruising and swelling are the body's reaction to the injury, not necessarily an indication of impending loss of the limb. I assume your dad's been to the doctor about his leg, why not ask what the medics say and put your mind at ease?

No it happened the day after the first woman died. My dad was rushed to the ER, and they bandaged him up and sent him home (it was a .22 cal). Said it would be better if they just left the bullet in him. But in the days following it, the bruise has just gotten bigger and nastier. His leg is almost completely black. Doctor gave him crutches, but he’s now back again at the doctor’s.
Also one of my aunts is in the hospital for the flu, and has been there for like 2 weeks.
I can’t think straight. I feel like I’m losing my sanity.

I work at a carwash, so I either towel-dry the exterior, or most of the time they'll have me in the bay cleaning the interior, like spraying down windows with glorified Windex, cleaning door jams, vacuuming the floor, cleaning the mats, and cleaning the cup-holders and the center console area.

Sounds nice enough, though probably tedious.

Thankful that the no. 9 bus waited for me to transfer to it. A group member had a funeral, another didn't feel like going, so the meeting was cancelled...
Now, I am just procrastinating.

Procrastination, my old nemesis! I hope you don't have anything pressing that you're putting off...

Eh, depends on your point of view. To me, a teen, I feel like they tip well. Most of the time customers tip in $3's but I've had some tip $5, and even $20. If you work full-time, you can round up about $90-$100 in tips alone. Now, the only thing I don't like is that management divvy's up the tips and calculates how much I get based on how many hours I've worked and then they add it to my pay check.
