Actually, I'd be more for a raise in wages for H-2B and H-2A workers, something that reflects they are both temporary and low-skill labor. I'd most likely push for 5-10,000 dollars being free per season post-tax and costs of living, adjusted for the immigrant country's economy and whatnot.
