Technically, it isn't a legal right. What you do have a right to is equal treatment under the law. In the case of marriage, that means that the states may not bar consenting adults of whatever gender combinations from being married. In other words, the states may not create two classes of citizens, one of which is entitled to get married and the other, which is not. As for the definition, not long ago a voter was defined as someone over 21. Before that, a voter was someone over 21 who was male, and so on. Definitions change. There's nothing to say we have to be happy with the changes but definitions do change.

It wasn't she did it intentionally, but we don't know what her motives are yet. I just turned on to the news channels and I saw breaking news of a woman who intentionally rammed her car into a security barrier.

A lot of curious people drive down there for the novelty, It's an unfamiliar and difficult area, They are looking around and at the same time driving. They just screw up making a U-turn and crash into a barrier or something in most of these incidents.
