I've never seen a shift in policies as much as i have with Donald Dump(tm). Friendliness with Russia has turned into bluffs, threats and accusations against them. He also continued the war in Afghanistan, and continued bombing Syria.

The posturing against Russia is just a pantomime to quiet the base, just like the wasting of cruise missiles in Syria was. Donnie's refusal to enforce unanimous Congressional sanctions on Russia with a copout excuse that the threat of sanctions alone were enough reeking of the same paper tiger hesitancy that the Republicans caricaturize the United Nations with speaks volumes on his real stance on Russia.
