It's probably the most likely outcome of 2018 at the moment. I don't know why Shof is making it seem lime two dozen (plus one) seats is impossibly difficult to pick up in an election with ~500 members up at once in a country where such pickups have happened before. Like, say, four years ago.

435 members, most of whom are running in safe districts, in a country that's heavily divided, which is probably giving the incumbents even more advantages than they had before.
