Swweeetttt. I love when I go to the local Harris Teeter, and they have cheese as a free sample. I like Munster, Colby Jack, and extra sharp cheddar. What about you?

That red cabbage has been turning all of my food grey for the past month and I am so angry. It won't even spoil! It sits in my fridge mocking me. I wish I had a normal cabbage.
Soup still tasted fine

I really, really, really like brie. Especially slightly melted with fruit preserves or apple slices.

The one cheese I will not eat is pepper jack. I can't stand spicy food.

I do really love the flavor of a richly smoked cheese with a nice rind. What I don't like is looking at the ingredients and wondering if Bill Nye weeps in his dreams. What cheeses should I be looking for at the deli that have a savory, hearty flavor? I liked nuanced cheeses in sandwiches, but sometimes I just want a one-trick-pony on a cracker. Maybe with a little Sauvignon Blanc.
