This means we can use the word, just not in a bad way. So don't punish anyone who uses kafir.

I don't know if an archaeologist-adventurer in hot pants and a tank top would be welcome in this particular tomb.

And Lara Croft might have some difficulties too.

Calling someone a disbeliever is not insulting. It's calling them what they are. A kafir is a disbeliever is a kafir. Same thing, same meaning, different language. The mods might as well ban the word 'disbeliever' in every language since they find it so 'offensive'.

It's like saying it's okay to call a mentally-disabled person a "retard" because that's what the word means. Disregarding any possible connotations a word has to make a point is just playing dumb so you can use a single word and - more importantly, of course - really stick it to some folks.

The lengths some people go through for such insignificant stuff...

You have complained about this, appealed it, and Final Appealed it. Wikipedia and other online sources disagree with your interpretation. Our ruling isn't going to change. You need to stop using the word in this context, and you definitely need to stop bringing it up like there's some sort of vendetta against you. You lost the ruling. The End.
