Putin Celebrates Landslide 2018 Presidential Election Victory

“I can’t believe just how dominating Putin’s victory is going to be next year,” said one editor for a Russian newspaper we spoke to, while wearing a fetching red laser dot on his forehead.

They don't need to rig the election, and the monarchists in the country don't want Putin as Tsar, they want to have a Zemsky Sobor and crown one of the Romanovs.

There are irregularities in places, yeah, but monitors generally agree that it's less rigging and more just people far away from the periphery trying to rig things, but not enough to actually affect the outcome. Moreover, a lot of such results are overturned.

It's monarchies all the way down, friend.

Stannis of Joffrey, pick one.

Ahhh yes, I forgot, when a former KGB agent meets a current KGB agent, that's called "investigative journalism" and there's a new movie out called: "Bond. James Bond. Investigative Journalist!"

Putin would handily win the elections even if they were free of any and all rigging.
Russian authorities like to rig them anyway.

a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition

I had no idea that race was exalted above the individual in Russia. I wonder, is this true?

http://www.sova-center.ru/en/xenophobia ... 05/d36995/

In 2016, at least 9 people were killed by racist and neo-Nazi violence, 72 were injured, and 3 people received credible death threats. Our data does not include victims of incidents in the North Caucasus and Crimea, or victims of mass brawls. Compared to 2015, the number of racist and neo-Nazi attacks has dropped, although not as drastically as it did the year before. (In 2015, 12 people were killed, 96 were injured, and 8 received credible death threats[2]. In 2014, 36 people were killed, 134 were injured, and 2 received credible death threats[3].) We want to clarify that our current data for 2016 is still incomplete[4]. The numbers will inevitably rise, because many incidents only come to our attention a year or even 18 months after they happen.

So in 2015, all of 116 reports of racial violence occurred. A decline from 172 in 2014. That's less than one person per million, less than 0.0001%. Yeah, not really seeing Fascism rising in Russia, at least not the racial component. Should I compare this to Ukraine, or will you stop your allegations of Fascism?
