Nope but the beauty of an open forum is I can give it all the same.

You've got zero idea what you're talking about, you basically just spew buzzwords linked together in a desperate attempt at coherence without making any actual effort towards presenting a reasoned logical argument. If you spent half as much time on research as you did dismissing your opponents as reactionaries and neo-Nazis you'd not only receive a much warmer welcome in the thread, I dare say you'd end up with a modestly defensible argument.

So I've read the last page, and I still have literally no idea what it's about, except that neither the words "gun" nor "control" have appeared anywhere on it.

Can we move on from Hallistrom and his, ‘lovely’, personality?
Most of the time I have no idea what the hell I'm doing or talking about.

I don't understand how a school can claim authority over a student, when said student isn't on school grounds, let alone dictate what said student can or cannot do on THEIR time.
NJ Gun Clubs Threaten Lawsuit Over Lacy Township Students’ Gun Range Photos
Two students at Lacey Township High-school, NJ were suspended for posting a picture of themselves shooting guns at a private gun range with the caption “fun day at the range“. The school's zero tolerance policy says that students cannot be in possession of weapons at any time, whether on or off campus

Image

This is clearly unconstitutional, and an egregious power grab by school admins.

No it isn't. They're enforcing a contract that the parents signed when they started. The moral of the story here is to read contracts before you sign them.

That's just not true. You can sign a contract agreeing not to exercise a right, and be subject to the consequences defined in said contract if you do exercise that right. NDAs are literally this for the right to free speech.

Gun violence is not unique from other forms of violence, and so the best way to prevent gun violence is general anti-violence measures, not specific form of gun control. In essence, it's a broader topic that doesn't involve only guns.

A non-disclosure agreement is different than your right to say, freedom of a speech, as a restriction on some speech is not the same as all speech. A blanket "you can't handle any firearm" is different from "you can't release the specifications on this one firearm" or "you can't bring a firearm to school" or something.

Furthermore it's a public high school so they can't be allowed to force you in to doing things like that. What it basically means is that half the population will be expelled as half of homes have guns in them and if kids can't be around guns ,than half of all families now have to withdraw their kids from school. That's denying people a right to an education for exercising their freedom of speech and right to own a gun which is, patently unconstitutional.

No, an NDA is like saying 'don't bring a gun to campus' I'm under NDAs, none of them wholesale remove my right to free speech.

A valid point, but it is a little disingenuous for a public high school to try and make that point. Since attending school is required until 16, and the ability of parents to send their children to another school can run the range from costly to impossible. A private school might have a better leg to stand on.
