it's actually easy to operate lots of puppets. Just have them all using the same password, and you should be good to go.

Well then don’t triple-post one lines. People don’t like it (it’s also illegal, I think). Anyway, to get people to join, flesh out what your region is going to do, the government, rp, r/d, whatever, and then use some sort of recruitment, API or stamps, to get people to join.

Building up a region takes a lot of hard work. This is probably a good starting point for information on how to go about it. You can't really just post "Hey, join my region here!" and expect to get very far. What makes your region special? What sets it apart from all the other brand new regions in the world that people should move there instead of all the other regions out there?
