Whatever I can't spend fast enough, I suppose it can go to creating ways to remove greenhouse gases from Earth's atmosphere. Tbh the danger from fallout wouldn't last that long, most places would be safe after about a month. But regardless, I won't say anymore as this isn't a nuclear war thread.
