[Milks Empire]

My flag is the flag of the Komnenos family, which was the ruling house of the Byzantine Empire for some time, and then of the Empire of Trebizond. This is because my nation is a part of roleplay from another forum, which featured a map of the Caspian and Black Seas region, and my country was put in the same place Trebizond was. I decided to use that as a motif for my nation.

I'm a distant descendant of the Komnenos family.

My own flag is the Scottish flag, chosen because I'm a Scot.

Mine is an AKM, the weapon that almost single handedly defeated the Southern Survivalists, and gained my nation soverignity.
The flag is to honour the AKM, and serve as a reminder to my nation's people that something given has no basis in value. When you vote, you are exercising political authority, you're using force. And force is violence. The supreme authority from which all other authorities are derived.

I'm sickly obsessed with the color teal so that's where that came from. Black and white make the teal stand out more so I used them. The moon is kinda personal to me because it's my birth "planet" for those into Astrology. The rest of it I just designed with no real thought in my head. I wanted stars on it but I decided that my stars needed to be different. The spiral is to represent the spiral goddess.

Well, my original flag was just the symbols of Brandenburg and Saxony combined, but it looked like crap so I just made this new one. Placed the Brandenburg eagle over the Saxony whatever-its-called, and then made the Nordic cross (thinned it down some because it looked bulky) with a red background because it looked cool. I'm not that big on symbols.

My flag was made for me by Tsaraine. I wish I could remember the heraldic significance of the colors, but I'm not positive. Pretty sure the gold has to do with wealth and my nation's hyper-capitalistic ways. The symbol in the upper left is, of course, the Yellow Sign; Lovecraftian themes have been important in various aspects of my nation's personality. The George's Cross is because, technically, my nation is a Protectorate of another nation, which used the Cross as its flag (until it received a similar redesign by Tsaraine).

The gray means nothing, I just thought it complemented the other colors better than white. The three stars will eventually gain a meaning but I haven't thought of one yet, lol.
