With a large enough group of people informed and aware of this issue, especially ones who contact Congress, it will be possible to change Congress' mind on this issue to vote against the plan Ajit Pai has in mind, particularly with powerful companies on the Internet agreeing.

This means informing everyone you know, and trying to reach out to people with lots of influence. It doesn't matter what sort of influence that is: that could just be someone really popular on YouTube (after all they could reach thousands to potentially millions of people.)

It also means to keep talking to the people in Congress, like you have been doing.

I would think that Amazon is a huge part of online commerce, one of the richest companies in the world. There are many corporate heavyweights like Google who're in favor of Net Neutrality. They could lobby the US congress to re-implement it to various degrees. I see this as just another trade dispute between competing interests. The feud will probably never truly end, one side will just have an edge over the other during certain years. The Trump administration just happens to favor the corporate telecoms over the digital only media.
