It may be flawed, but it is better than the alternative.

Net Neutrality is a law that ensures that ISPs have to treat all data packets as equal and cannot discriminate between websites.

What we are worried about is that it will be overturned. This would allow ISPs greater power over websites. Who will be affected: All websites, and everyone who uses the Internet. Those who live in America will be most harshly affected by the death of Net Neutrality, but chances are good that it will have an effect on people worldwide who use the Internet, albeit possibly not as severe. It will also set a precedent on the world stage, possibly leading to other nations following suit.
