Context: These signs were being put up in a town called Grand Haven. Most of it seems to be about the reactions to the signs, some of which are placed below. I'm not sure of the news article's bias, so take this with a grain of salt.

The color of your parents skins does not matter at all. Your skin color doesn't matter all.
