Most of the cities on that list are Democrat cities.

And I believe there are more democratic mayors especially large cities then republican. It would take more research as to the reasons for each city then a simple claim of who is better.

the place is really neat in some ways but it's fucking filthy, homeless everywhere and there is this section where Socialist Alternative and friends love to have there little gatherings. But really, the homeless issue is out of damn control.
