If a crime is allegedly committed, and no one bothers to take charges of said crime to court, there is no way to prove whether said crimes did or did not occur. Meaning that anyone can be accused of a crime without due recourse. We made this mistake once, over three centuries ago at Salem. Too bad we have learned nothing in that span of time.
