The far-right, in europe at least, is also triangulating on the issues of gay rights and some minority rights specifically to sweep up voters disillusioned with the left wing and its islamophilia problem, likewise providing a malformed way of viewing the problem and a malformed way of giving voice to that legitimate concern and grievance.

If you want to defeat the far-right, the means to do so is to recognize the issues that drive people to the far-right and frame them in ways that better deal with them.

These days that means addressing misandry, islamophilia, and to some extent, anti-white racism, as well as economic insecurity in an environment of distrust of the government.

The progressive movement is utterly unable to deal with them, and has only overseen their rise in prominence. They are a reaction to progressives, but for the reasons progressives tell themselves.

Ohhhh. I thought you were trying to tie the misandry part in with what you were previously talking about or something, so I was very confused.
Also, in response to that post: Anti-white racism really isn't as big of a problem in politicians as you seem to think. There are certainly portions of the social justice movement that struggle with this, but I really don't see this often in politicians in America or Sweden (which are the two countries that I follow politics in). You also seem to equate pro-immigration stances or celebration of cultural diversity with "Islamophilia," which is really missing the mark, tbh. Far-right parties succeed not for their supposed rejection of racism, but because of several reasons.
1) European countries are not used to as much immigration as they got during the 2015 refugee peak, and this culture shock can cause xenophobia.
2) Additionally, the infrastructure of these countries was often not prepared for the influx of refugees, and the wave sometimes caused worrying ripples in welfare states and economies.
3) There was terrorism and crime committed by refugees, and people understandably feared this and wanted to stop immigration to prevent it.
4) Plain old racism: the rarest portion made up of folks who just don't like the idea of brown people (sometimes extended to Slavs, Serbs, etc.) moving to Europe.
A stronger stance on immigration would likely benefit parties with a soft one, but perhaps not so much in the more accepting countries like Sweden (around 60% of citizens there are pro-immigration). And it must be taken into account that the refugee count is now declining, and so is support for anti-immigration parties in some countries.
With regards to your comment about them being socially liberal-ish, I must disagree. PiS in Poland is very conservative with gays and whatnot, along with Golden Dawn and the Sweden Democrats to a lesser extent. AfD has a lesbian leader, but that leader is also transphobic. Norway's Fremskrittspartiet, which is more liberal than most RWP parties, flip-flopped on LGBT issues, but is currently pro-gay afaik. LGBT-inclusive right-wing parties often garner more support with youth, but socially conservative older people may not like this, so they probably end up with a small net gain.

Civil talking and debate with red pillers and alt-righters is fine and far superior to being a dickhead who punches people for political beliefs. The alt-right are not actual Nazis in the vast majority of cases anyway.

I'm still fine with people chewing up nazi scum in a video game about WW2, since Nazi Germany was one of the most vile forces to stain the earth in recent history.

As for the feminism derail, there have been a number of things some feminists have been pushing which are underhanded and sexist. Feminism isn't inherently evil, though, and some others probably do just want equality for all. There is sexism for and against both men and women in western societies, but hopefully we'll iron that out as time goes on.

I looked it up and there's a hierarchy or something in his party, so he'll become president if it wins or he'll be influencing the PM like a puppet master. I didn't really understand what it was talking about because I know literally nothing about Italian politics except that a former comedian runs the Five Star Movement, which is an anti-immigration party that likes Russia, and that the 5SM is leading.
