Sadly, I live in the open-shop state of Kansas. My union, the National Education Association (the largest union in the U.S. for those who do not know), already has minimal power. We negotiate, through the NEA, our salaries, but there is no binding arbitration, and striking is illegal (not that it would necessarily stop me).

NEA has binding arbitration agreements in some areas, perhaps not where you're at.

Looks like some religious sect akin to the Manicheans or Hussites.
Collectivism and communism blended with spiritualism.

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

I still think the international capitalist paradigm is heading relatively in the expected direction. The march towards international totalitarianism continues.

Communists are an albatross around the neck of the socialist movement. We're better off without them and denouncing them, as well as state socialists.

There is no point in trying to conceal intentions or rebrand. We are against capital and state. We will be denounced as communists regardless. There is no point in prevarication. It will only be seen as inauthentic at best and sinister at the worst.

The problem is you've behaved very condescendingly towards me and other posters. Reflecting a little on your own behaviour and people's criticisms of it, especially if they tend to correlate, might be a good idea. This damages not just your own relationships with people but, given the position you are in, other people's relationship with the left.
