Can't you see how horrible this is though? If the Courts let Ajit Pai have his way then I will lose all hope in reality. It wil be proof that the American experiment has failed, that there is certainly no God, that morality is irrelevant, and nothing matters anymore.

That's a tad bit hyperbolic.

The liberals, states, indiviuals and corporations filing these lawsuits have sunken to a mind-boggling level of dumb that I haven't seen in a long time. I'm going to explain why, and I'm purely going to consider the facts. While I'm personally opposed to the entire concept of net neutrality, I'll explain to y'all in a non-politically infused way why these lawsuits will never work:
So the first thing you've got to understand about courts in America, plaintiffs, is that they deal with legal issues (the law.) The courts step in to prevent new laws, regulations or executive orders from taking effect because they violate the Constitution or an existing law of the country. I have yet to see (I've looked) a good reason for the courts to block the law. Sure, you can claim it could (possibly) hurt people, but it doesn't really violate any of their laws or established rights. I'd love to see someone's arguments on what basis the courts wouuld have to block it. Cheers to debate!

They’re arguing on the grounds of the change being arbitrary and capricious (in one case), and violating the Administrative Procedure Act (in another case).
I’m not sure if they’ll succeed on those grounds, but those were the grounds that appear to be the basis of the lawsuits.

Why won't they succeed? Surely the Courts will see how extremely harmful the repeal of Net Neutrality is and that Ajit Pai's reasoning for this is extremely bullshit and built in nothing but lies, Right? Or are the Courts dumb and bought by industry?

“Harmful” isn’t something to sue over in this case.

Why Not? The FCC is suppose to protect consumers, not serve the big corporations. This is regulatory capture. The Courts must see this and understand that Ajit Pai is full of shit. Is there no logic in the Courts?

“Regulatory capture”.
Yeah, that isn’t really the case in the US.
