Ha! Actually, I'm one of those Southeast Asians.

I was born and raised somewhere in Southeast Asia, but I'm currently living somewhere in Oceania for studies, where its already morning and I'm chilling before classes start.

I hope to move to somewhere in Western Europe one day.

That judgmental maps site doesn't have one for Phoenix. I'm very disappointed and will make my own.

I live in the USA's Deep South. While the region is deep, deep, conservative, I live in a liberal urban area. I really want to move to New York City, though, when I'm old enough.

What urban area, if I may ask?

And, eh, NYC is a pretty cool place, but I could never live there. The cost of living, traffic, rude people, and the fact that Chicago Pizza is superior means NYC is just a place to visit and judge (and occasionally enjoy, I remember liking Brooklyn better than Manhattan).

I don't have a lot of fond memories from Atlanta tbh- I was six when we moved there and we stayed for just under one year.

As in you don't remember much or that it was just a bad experience?

I think we lived in a suburb just outside of this map

North, South, East, or west of downtown? And do you happen to remember the county?
I live in Gwinnett county which is to the north east, it's the area between "Bright Whites" and "Dollywood" on the map.

Oh how true that map is.

Well that and the Metro.

Atlanta seems alright. I've never been. My father travels to tons of different cities each week for his work, and was often/is often in Atlanta. He says it ain't bad, just that traffic is a bitch and the humidity during summer is a killer.

The Chicago metro is fine, but sketchy. Almost got robbed on the L up in Chicago, but narrowly avoided it by getting off at a stop that wasn't mine.

I was mugged in Paris on their metro, so metros sketch me out a little sometimes.

Atlanta's Metro is extremely safe. In all of its history they never had any shootings or robberies on the trains or buses, well it was until recently.

I don't want to give out the exact city for privacy reasons, but just imagine a predominantly black city (with significant white "gayborhoods" like any large city) south of Kentucky and east of Texas.

I love subways and the Metro would be a large reason for living there. Yes, I'm obsessed with subways and public transportation and urban stuff that much. :p

The Montreal metro is my favorite of all the ones I've seen. Clean, reliable, on time and fast. It didn't disappoint. When I was there over the summer, I'd wake up, take a 25 minute metro ride to the Olympic Park and swim laps there.

Edit: I assume you mean east of Texas, anyways. XD

I don't remember which county we lived in, all I know is our apartment and my elementary school were in Alpharetta. Which according to Google Maps is beyond the northern edge of that map.

As for the judgmental map of metro Austin, I first lived in an apartment complex somewhere south of the Colorado and west of I-35, but then we moved to the area between "Entry-level Barbecue", "The Jewberhood", and highway 620. I wonder how much the stereotypes have changed in the 15 years since I lived there...
