Welcome to this thread. I create this after the capitalists lost on all six of the capitalism vs socialism F7 game. As we lose, I'm thinking on what will happen to the world if it become socialist or communist comepletely. While there are some stereotypical thinkings, like gulags and capitalist oppression, I also think some other questions. One of them is "What will happen to our modern culture if communism takes over?".

I think the world will become very different from today. I think our familiar modern culture, formed by capitalism, such as fast food, video game, individualism, and such will be removed by communism or socialism and replaced. Depending on the nation, capitalism will be frowned upon or actively persecuted. Every states will be united. Our freedom will decrease. And more

So, what do you think, people?

Socialistic practices are already pretty common throughout the world, so I doubt anything would actually change that much, or that your precious "Freedoms" would be taken from you.

And famously in 1995 the sudden boom in train usage to the point that today more people use trains than at any other time in history is down to the fact that the M25 is a cycling lane and all cars have been banned.

Your point is nonsensical. 100 years ago we did not have commercial air flight. Today 260 million people depart and land in British airports every year. This doesn't mean it replaced car or train usage.

Rising incomes have allowed all modes of transport to grow simultaneously. Bar horse-drawn carriages, I guess.

Honestly, I think that with automation becoming more and more prevalent, and assuming that job creation remains as it has been in recent decades (as per Kurzgesagt's video here), I imagine that if the current economic system continues as is, I feel that many people will probably have enough of the rich getting richer and establish a socialist society.

From there, I'm sure automation can be used to help benefit society as a whole instead of just the select elite.
