Oh, don't get me started on Irish lack of accuracy when it comes to meal labeling. It has gone so far that if you were to opt for a frozen shepherd's pie in say, Dunnes or Tesco, it's very definitely going to be made with beef.
I remember a dinner a good few years back where the host offered a chicken casserole as Irish stew. Daring, very daring.

Well, either way I just found a reasonable priced lamb mince within walking distance. I'll get around to it sometime next week.

When in doubt, just add potatoes and a few pints of Guinness. That should even make a curry Irish.
