We already know what makes up the atmospheres of the gas giants, and its nothing super exotic (discounting the liquid metallic hydrogen at their cores, that we can't hope to reach anytime soon). Its basically just hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, and trace amounts of ammonia, water vapor, methane (and various other assorted hydrocarbons), among other things that aren't especially notable. Deuterium is likely something that'll be important by the end of the century, but that's only because of nuclear fusion, which we haven't gotten the hang of (except in thermonuclear weapons, but something tells me most of us don't want more of those).

Saturn is the same song and dance as Jupiter.

Uranus and Neptune are more accurately classified as ice giants, but for the sake of argument, I'll include them as well, and its basically the same as Jupiter and Saturn, except colder, and with less hydrogen and helium, and more of that other shit.

So, unless you have a working fusion reactor, there's not really anything worth making the trip out there to get.

But there is something out there that IS worth the trip (at least, it will be soon): Rare Earth Metals. And, since they're inside asteroids (and thus, closer to Earth), that means its cheaper to get them than going all the way out to Jupiter for deuterium.
