I had no idea about the differences. Then again, GSA is not a thing in Europe. I always assumed they were the same thing, but segregated by gender.

the BSA cant make the GSA do anything, but the GSA can look around and realize people are turned away fro mthe GSA with the lack of scouting activities and add them to what they do.

Plus the BSA is a good place to learn new skills in a low stress environment, and same with the GSA.

Adding girls doesn't change the stress levels at all.

And people do get stressed to not look dumb/not mess up in front of the opposite sex all the time

In response to some earlier comments, the BSA is not gay. Those of you who responded to my earlier post have misunderstood my intentions. What I intended was that the reason it might get weird is because people make it weird. My troop, is perfectly normal as far as I can tell. I have been in this troop since about 2014 which was shortly after it was founded. Point is, I know these guys.

We already have redundancy. Venture Scouting is open to girls and guys ages 14-21, the BSA just goes to 18. Plus there's the Sea Scouts, and the Explorers both of which are Co-ed.
