Is it just me or does the State of Jefferson's proposed borders get bigger every time I see them?

They get bigger everytime Jerry Brown puts pen to paper.

It keeps getting bigger because the handful of insane people trying to make the north state objectively worse off keep trying to claim more.

Jefferson is a joke, and that's coming from someone who lives in what would be New-Kansas' borders, don't kid yourself.

After a certain point, I get to where I'm too fascinated by the amount of snow to be annoyed with it. I mean, it just changes the whole landscape.

Only winter activity I really enjoy is sledding. But that's more ice than snow.

It’s definitely the most underrated state, IMO.

Or Vermont.

I like pretty nature answer progressive people.

Same here, I have lived in VT for the last 14 years or so, and had the pleasure of visiting Oregon for the first time last August...very similar but everything in OR is bigger, the mountains, the trees, even the sky...the people are very similar as well, if I ever decided to switch coasts, that is absolutely where I would head!

Out of the US states I've been to (New York, Florida, Michigan, passed through Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and had a flight transfer in Georgia), I liked Florida the best. However, I have a soft spot for California but I haven't been there.

Washington. It's beautiful, not super prone to natural disasters, temperate, and has lots of rain, which I like. Second is Oregon, which is similar but with a bit less rain. They're also both pretty progressive compared to the US as a whole, so as a sexual minority I am less afraid when there than when in my home state and the 4th most conservative state [according to Gallup] in the US, Utah (though it's become quite a bit more progressive recently, and Salt Lake City's mayor is a lesbian Democrat).

I guess they're saying the South is very hostile to Western values like liberty, equality, and democracy. It's a shame, really.

Yes because more and more support is growing within more counties fed up with many of California's politics.

I've seen plenty of self-hate among Southerners. They just express it in a different way -- less simpering about convoluted SJW social theories, more attempting to mask their insecurities with flamboyant displays of macho behavior.

Alaska
I'm not American nor have I ever been to the US (or anywhere close for that matter), but Alaska is for sure in my top 10 places I wish to visit some time, just for its sheer beauty alone.
There are many reasons why Capitalism will always conquer socialism/communism.
The biggest being that it doesn't try to ignore one of the most basic structures of human nature; greed.

I live in Missouri. The recent resurgence of suffocatingly conservative legislation kills me. Now I hate it here. I love Florida for its memories.

I might one day consider New Hampshire my favorite state. I want to live there a while and see how it goes. NH is typically considered the freest state in the US.
